Your privacy choices

Every control you have over your WTCC information, in one place. Each one works the same on the website and in the Autoground app.

1. Opt out of sale or sharing

You're already opted out. Circuit Club doesn't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising, and our own pages don't run advertising pixels, so there's nothing to switch off on our side. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out request.

Our store runs on Shopify, which has its own uses for storefront and checkout data. To opt out of those, use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

2. Choose what's public

Results and entry lists are always public. Everyone 18 or over with a car in My Garage has a card on the Drivers page; drivers under 18 never do. What it shows is up to you, in My Garage > Profile:

  • Go private: your Drivers page shows only your name, profile photo, team, city and state (unless you switch them off), how many cars you have, and anything you published on an old Driver Studio page. Your cars, their photos, parts and numbers aren't shown.
  • Profile photo: the only photo of you anyone else sees. If you had none when you applied for a license, it started as your license headshot. Change it or remove it at any time.
  • Show my city and state: on, your Drivers card shows the city and state from your profile. Turn it off at any time. Your street address is never shown.
  • Leave the public Drivers page: your card and page come off the Drivers page altogether. Entry lists still show your name and car number.

3. Your license

Only you, the Motorsport Director and site administrators see your Circuit Club license. Your driver page shows a Licensed badge (marked provisional while it is), nothing more. Your license class, number and the license itself are never shown publicly.

4. Emails & alerts

Pick bell and email alerts for each type of message in notification settings. Club news and club-wide alerts don't come by email unless you switch them on. Sign-in codes, receipts and charge emails always come through.

5. Sensitive details

Your date of birth, address, emergency contact and medical notes stay hidden in My Garage until you confirm your password, and go only to site administrators and the officials and crews who need them at race weekends you enter. You can edit or clear your medical notes and emergency contact at any time; registration asks for an emergency contact again when you next enter. A copy is saved with each entry you make; to remove those copies, delete your account or email us.

6. Download your data

Use Export my data on the Profile tab to save a copy of your profile, garage, entries, orders, licenses, car numbers and tow rig. For a complete copy of everything we hold about you, email .

7. Delete your account

Use Delete my account on the Profile tab. It removes your account, profile, cars and their photos, garage, entries, licenses, tech records, numbers, team memberships and alert settings. Payment records, results, and the waiver, incident and protest records we may need for legal claims are kept for the reasons in the privacy policy.

Deleting your account also removes your linked Autoground app account with its cars and photos, files you sent through Uploads, any card saved with Stripe for a cost split, pages made in the old Driver Studio, and staff roles and team invites sent to your email. Signed waivers for paid entries are kept in a separate archive for insurance and legal claims.

8. Photos of you

If you're in a photo in our gallery, on our Instagram or anywhere on the site and want it removed, email with a link to it and we'll take it down. The same goes for a photo you took that we show without your permission.

9. Under 18

Drivers under 18 are kept off the Drivers page, and public entry lists and live timing show them by first name and last initial. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a minor's Drivers page card, photo or other information from the site, and a California resident under 18 can ask us to remove anything they posted. Email .

10. Make a request

For anything else, including requests to know, get a copy of, correct, delete or limit the use of your information under California law, or about your health information, email from the address on your account, with "Privacy request" in the subject line. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission. We confirm we've received it within 10 business days, answer within 45 days, and may need to confirm it's you first. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
